While crunching numbers as a data analyst, I found myself constantly sneaking peeks at my colleagues\u2019 lunch choices. Why that beet salad? What\u2019s the story behind that hummus? My lunchroom curiosity grew bigger: what really shapes our everyday food picks? What\u2019s filling up plates and bento boxes across the globe?<\/p>\n
